Please fill out the information below, this will notify the repair department. You will receive a E-mail with a RMA and the information needed to ship us your supercharger, along with the warranty status of your supercharger.
- If the form is submitted after 2:30 PM EST you may receive the E-mail the next business day.
- The serial number of the supercharger is on the back side underneath the drain plug.
